The contract for "pavement operations in the northern part of Tehran Region 2" was a contract that was signed in October 2016 between our technical and engineering company "Tadbir Pouyan Asr" and the Municipality of "Region 2 of Tehran".

The main goals mentioned in this contract were the construction and reconstruction of sidewalks with the aim of solving the problem of pedestrian crossing, as well as making the sidewalks suitable for the passage of the disabled and the blind.

Sidewalks of Isaargaran streets in District 9, Fatehan in District 9, Zarafshan in District 7, sidewalks in boulevards such as Municipality of District 1, Sadaf in District 1, Taherkhani in Sahra Street in District 8, sidewalk in Sanat Square in District 7, sidewalks around Kaj Square in District 1, etc. The parks located in the northern areas of Region 2, which include areas 1, 7, 8 and 9, are among the passages that were on the agenda of the technical and engineering company "Tadbir Pouyan Asr".

"Bustan" park is one of the old parks in Shahrak-e Gharb neighborhood, part of the pavements of its inner passages have become loose and worn out over time and with frequent rains and passing seasons. The current situation was facing the necessary repairs.

Due to these repeated requests, the Municipality of District 2 of Tehran decided to consider a budget for the demolition, repair and reconstruction of the sidewalks of the "Bustan" park and to replace them.

The first step in implementing such a project was to examine the location of the "park" and pay attention to the existing access to the park. Because this park was located in the narrow and crowded streets and alleys, it was not easy to transport materials by truck and trailer.

Therefore, the planning and executive officials of "Tadbir Pouyan Asr" Technical and Engineering Company had no choice but to use trucks and small vehicles to transport garbage and materials to the entrance of the park, and because the passages inside the park are narrow and impassable for transportation. Were freight; They had to carry materials and rubbish from the destruction and use of manpower by hand.

Considering several passages inside the "Bustan" park, which had many problems and difficulties, were considered as solutions to first demolish and reconstruct the farthest point from the "Bustan" park entrance to this technical and engineering company, and then to restore it. Reach the rest of the park entrances.

Due to all the difficulties and hardships that existed during the demolition and reconstruction of the park, the operation was finally completed after 2 months, and during the reconstruction, about 1,500 square meters of demolition and reconstruction was done.

It is worth mentioning that the sidewalk was constructed with 300-grade concrete and the pavement was covered with concrete floors with cement-sand mortar. Do not enter the park; This operation was carried out with great care by executive officials and supervisors.

Therefore, after the implementation of flooring and sidewalks, all sports equipment and benches were installed in the previous location according to the rules and instructions, and since the executive operation of "Bustan" park was carried out in autumn and the operation was accompanied by frequent autumn rains; The technical and engineering company "Tadbir Pouyan Asr" tried to bring the best result in spite of all the interruptions and problems that were mentioned, but fortunately this was achieved.
