During 10 years of activity, "Tadbir Poyan Asr" Technical and Engineering Company has had a favorable record in the field of construction, including the "Flag" building located in Tohid Square, Flag Street, No. 84. This building has been constructed on a 450 square meter land with the best use of space and by experienced and skilled designers and executors.

The building has 5 floors and each floor has 3 units, which includes a total of 15 residential units. In addition to these residential units, the "Flag" building has a shop on the ground floor, and also for this 2-storey residential complex, there are 10 separate parking lots with 11 storage areas. The structure of this building is made of reinforced concrete with a system of bending frame structures and a roof system with Ionolite beams.

The foundation of "Parcham" building is 300 meters, which has been divided into 3 units with various dimensions by the intelligent design of experienced and skilled designers of "Tadbir Pouyan Asr" technical and engineering company. 65, 85 and 120 square meters are designed areas that are made in the best possible way. The other remaining levels are separated for stairs, steps and elevators, and the architectural plan of each unit is divided into day and night.

Since the land of the "flag" building was southern; The designers of "Tadbir Pouyan Asr" Technical and Engineering Company have designed its 65 and 85 meter units on the south side of the building and its 120 meter units on the north side to make the best use of the geographical conditions of the building.

It should be noted that the units that are built in the form of 65 meters have one bedroom and the units of 85 and 120 meters have 2 bedrooms, one of which is designed as a master. Meanwhile, the cooling system of the building is supplied through a water cooler and its heating system is also equipped with a radiator, and the package has been used to supply hot water to this complex.

The kitchen cabinets of "Parcham" residential units are in 2 modern styles and membranes are made of all MDF, and for the toilets of all units, Iranian and French toilets with the best quality have been installed and located.

At the entrance of the building and in the parking lot, all metal with a beautiful design and furnace color is accompanied by a remote control jack, and at the entrance of the units, there is an anti-theft crack with a fuse. HDF doors are used for interior doors and waterproof PVC is used for services, which are of acceptable quality.

The floors of the units built in the "Parcham" residential complex are made of first-class Iranian ceramics with a two-color design, and UPVC windows with double-glazed windows are also used for the windows of this building.

One of the positive features of this residential building is its stairs, which have been made of stone up to the ceiling in order to prevent damage to this part of the building during the furniture. The stone used is also made of marble and metal railings with beautiful design and painting are installed for the stairs, which at the same time is beautiful, has strength and long life.

The design of the facade is in a classic style and is executed with travertine stones and the fence in the facade is made of metal with wrought iron designs. The appearance is of acceptable quality.
